Agreements
All new agreements are now on Insight!
Starting Friday, August 29, 2025, all new agreement submissions must be made through Insight. This includes:
- Proposals and Funded Agreements
- Material Transfer Agreements
- Data Use Agreements/Data Transfer Agreements
- Confidential Disclosure Agreements
- External Activities
- Unfunded/Miscellaneous Agreements (including Collaborative Research Agreements)
Please note that EmoryContractConnect will no longer be used for submitting these agreements.
To access the submission modules, completion of training is required. If you are faculty or part of the research community, you should have received an email from do_not_reply@lms.emory.edu (Brainier Learning Management System) with your assigned training and instructions. If you have not received this email and believe you should have, please contact at insight@emory.edu.

Invention Disclosures
Disclosure Form
Skip the paper forms and submit a disclosure using the online disclosure form found on Emory ideaGate. The system will collect all of the pertinent information and signatures. The system requires a valid Emory netid. ideaGate will automatically update your disclosure with pertinent information.
Petition for Release or Assignment
The purpose of this form is to facilitate the release or assignment to Emory Personnel of Intellectual Property to which Emory may assert ownership rights pursuant to Section I of the Emory University Intellectual Property Policy (adopted March 15, 2011). Note: Mac users, please utilize Adobe Reader, rather than Apple Preview, to avoid potential corruption issues when viewing the forms.
